FAQs
How are the books, activities, etc., selected?
Backed by a certified teacher with 15+ years experience and teamed with fellow educators, each resource is handcrafted and/or hand-selected to best meet the needs of the learning objectives for each age level.
Do you cater to all ages?
We offer three subscription levels: Explorers (ages 3 to 6), Adventurers (ages 7 to 10), and Voyagers (ages 11 to 13). These levels reflect recommended ages. Feel free to select whichever pack best represents your child’s learning level.
When is the absolute last day to place an order to receive the following month’s pack?
The last day of the preceding month. For example, in order to receive the pack for December, you must order by November 30th.
When will I receive my pack?
The starting date for shipping of packs is the 21st of each month. Most packs take anywhere form 3-10 days for delivery.
How much is shipping and where do you ship?
Shipping costs vary depending upon your region. Please see the Shipping tab for more details.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
When will my subscription renew?
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at/around the end of each month. This way, you do not have to miss out on the next pack.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at anytime by emailing us and we will immediately cancel your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription by logging into your AreteEnrichment Studio account and follow the on-screen prompts to cancel your subscription.
Do I have to subscribe in order to get a pack?
No; we offer one-time pack purchases.
What is the return policy?
Our packs are not eligible for a return or refund.
Shipping
How much is shipping and where do you ship?
*FYI* Due to Covid-19 and the closure to airports around the globe, shipping has been temporarily suspended. Stay tuned for new announcements.
Shipping costs vary depending upon your region. Please see the shipping costs* outlined below:
North America  – $15 per pack
Bermuda  – $5 per pack
Caribbean  – $15 per pack
UKÂ Â –Â $20 per pack
All packs are sent via registered post with a tracking number. Customers will receive a tracking number once the pack has been shipped. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost to the customer. Please email us at excellence@areteacad.org.
