Eek! It’s September Already!

It’s almost time for the kiddies to be back in a classroom!

Are you ready?

What a wonderful summer it has been for me and Arete Academy! I can’t wait to be back among the younger ones (who will probably be as tall as me when I see them again 🙂 ).

This summer, I spent a couple of days on the hunt – a hunt for affordable ways for parents/guardians to fulfill their role in their child’s academic learning on the home-front.

Your role is just as important as the teacher’s role. Creating a learning environment at home, regardless of the size of your dwelling place, is key.

One tip is to organize your home ahead of time. Pens, pencils, bulletin boards, calendars, etc., etc need to be in the right place in order to be effective. Given that school is about to start soon, now would be a good time.

As promised, here are a few tips to help you to get your home organized and ready for a successful year of learning!

First up – studio living.

I hope these tips help you to prepare for a successful school year.
